In our sessions, I help you get to the root cause of your blocks, fears or negative emotions and use systematic methods to release them. Whether you are dealing with anxiety, writer’s block, or keep finding yourself in undesired circumstances, Mindsetting will take you along on a fulfilling journey of self-discovery, leading to a renewed and constructive mindset.
EFT aka tapping is a tool to manage negative emotional states (like anxiety, phobias, and addictions).

It works by tapping on acupuncture points while focusing on talk and exposure therapy, sending signals to the brain to shut down the immediate stressful response. Just like a workout for your mind, tapping trains the brain to separate the cause of stress from the corresponding negative reaction. The result is a shift from a stressful state to a relaxed one.
Mindsetting sessions incorporate guidance on mental, emotional and physical health – a holistic outlook treats mind, body and spirit as a whole.
My own passion to optimise health led me to bring together a network of individuals at the forefront of wellbeing while conducting personal research in these fields. These experiences inform the Mindsetting sessions, coming together as an array of wellbeing strategies that are tailored to suit each client’s needs, in the pursuit of continuous and long-term growth and transformation, long after the sessions are done.
Building from my background as a trained Chef, I studied Naturopathic Nutrition and qualified as a nutritional therapist. As such, alongside EFT and wellbeing strategies, I can assess your health and bodily systems to create a personalised nutritional plan.
I practice nutritional therapy with a naturopathic approach. This means that the focus is on you and your unique requirements, finding the root causes of your dis-ease and rebalancing them.
I am a London-based qualified EFT practitioner and naturopathic nutritional therapist. I regularly teach nutritional cooking classes in the College of Naturopathic Medicine, London. I also give regular corporate talks and workshops on mental and emotional wellbeing, nutrition and EFT.
Back in 2005, I was working as a chef in very stressful environments. Traumatic personal and professional events led me to burn out after several years, and for the first time in my late 20’s, I was forced to face my fears, failures and angst without running away.
My journey of self-discovery began there. I practised observing and training the mind in monasteries through challenging days of meditation. A deep understanding blossomed – that suffering is surmountable and often a key catalyst in one’s own transformation.
I’ve studied, observed and tested many self-development tools. Yet the learning continues, as does my own personal development. My passion is sharing these transformational tools to help you become the most empowered version of yourself.
