My one-to-one programmes can include any or all of the following therapeutic modalities. I also offer single sessions for each of these upon request.
EFT(EMOTIONAL FREEDOM TECHNIQUES) / TAPPING
EFT is a groundbreaking technique combining psychotherapy and acupressure with elements of exposure, cognitive therapy and somatic stimulation. I will often use EFT seamlessly within my one-to-one therapy sessions because it is so effective at elevating one’s mindset, shifting limiting thoughts and beliefs and releasing negative emotions. It is a profoundly powerful modality to help one overcome and heal from trauma.
By gently stimulating or tapping pressure points on the body with fingers, EFT results in a calming effect on the amygdala (the stress centre of the brain) and the hippocampus (the brain’s memory centre), both of which play a role in determining if something is or isn’t a threat, and in the fight or flight response. EFT also seems to have the same calming effect on the major stress hormone cortisol. Clinical trials have shown that EFT is able to rapidly reduce the emotional impact of memories and incidents that trigger emotional distress resulting in lowered cortisol levels in the blood.
It is successfully used by thousands of practitioners around the world and is regarded to be part of the 4th wave of psychotherapeutic techniques in that it includes a somatic component and can give relatively drastic improvements in less than 6 sessions compared to standard talk therapy.

INTERNAL FAMILY SYSTEMS / PARTS WORK
Internal Family Systems (IFS) is a compassionate and transformative therapeutic approach that recognizes the complexity of the human mind. It views the mind as composed of various "parts" or subpersonalities, each with unique feelings, beliefs, and roles. These parts often develop as a response to life experiences, especially challenges or trauma, and may take on protective or reactive roles to help us cope. At the core of IFS is the belief that everyone has a calm, wise, and compassionate center known as the Self, which can guide the healing process and restore harmony within the internal system.
Through IFS therapy, clients are guided to connect with their inner parts with curiosity and compassion rather than judgment. By understanding and healing wounded parts and relieving protective parts of their burdens, individuals can experience profound emotional growth, self-acceptance, and inner peace.

REMOTE ENERGY HEALING & HIGHER GUIDANCE CHANNELING
During the remote energy healing sessions, I tune into your energy field while you're in a restful state or asleep. This is crucial because energy shifts can be powerful, and experiencing them while awake may leave you feeling fatigued. By working with you in a restful state, the healing energy can flow freely and be absorbed without interruption.
I sense areas within your body and energy field where blockages may exist, whether mental, emotional, or physical. I release these to create space for higher vibrational energies. This can help release stagnant emotions or imbalances in the physical body.
During a Higher Guidance channeling session I connect with your Higher Self or Spirit Guides to receive insights and wisdom specific to your current needs. This guidance is always clear, practical, and tailored to your unique circumstances. It's often surprisingly precise, offering actionable steps that can create real, tangible shifts in your life. After the session, I send you a recording of the guidance channeled during our session so you can listen to it whenever you need clarity or encouragement. These channeling sessions can be done live or remotely.

REGRESSION THERAPY (CURRENT OR PAST LIFE)
Regression Therapy focuses on resolving significant past events that are interfering with your present mental, emotional or physical wellbeing. It uses an altered state of awareness to guide you back to the very source of your issue which may appear as an early childhood, pre-birth or past life memory.
Going to the root cause of your issue in a safe and structured way using elements of inner child healing, Gestalt parts work, psychodrama, energy healing as well as somatic practices like body therapy (based on Roger Woolger’s Deep Memory Process) allows deeper healing on a psychological, physical and spiritual level than many other therapies.
Often even a single session can provide profound healing and breakthroughs, deepening your connection to self.
Regression Therapy is excellent for:

- Treating a wide range of medical disorders eg. various bodily pains, eating disorders, asthma, allergies.

BETWEEN LIVES SPIRITUAL REGRESSION
A Between Lives Spiritual Regression is a type of hypnotic regression that guides you to explore the spiritual realm between physical incarnations. This provides a profound and transformative experience to help you gain a deeper understanding of your spiritual journey and purpose in life.
During a BLSR, you’re guided into a deep state of relaxation and hypnosis. This state allows you to access memories of your past lives and to explore the spiritual realm between lives.
You will be asked questions about your experiences, encounters with spirit guides and other companions and insights into your soul's purpose and lessons to be learned.
This type of therapy can be beneficial for individuals who are seeking to deepen their spiritual understanding, overcome blocks or obstacles, and gain a greater sense of purpose and direction in life. It can also be helpful for those who have experienced traumatic events or loss and are seeking meaning, healing and closure.
BLSR is excellent for:
