END OF YEAR INTEGRATION QUESTIONS

  1. Looking back at your year as though it were a significant chapter in a novel where you are the protagonist, how would you describe it in one to three pages? Think about the following:
  • What was the overarching story of the year, think beginning, middle, end?
  • What themes of learnings or experiences do you notice?
  • Are there any other patterns you notice?
  • Complete this sentence: “2025 was the year that……….. happened”.
  1. Being where you are today and looking back at this year, what can you say you’re truly grateful for?
  2. What were your greatest challenges this year in your:
    • personal or inner life
    • professional life,
    • social or relational life

  3. What can you learn from these challenges and how could you better overcome/manage/prevent them in future?
    • What 3 action steps can you take now to better overcome/manage/prevent these challenges from happening in future?
  1. Being the writer of this story, what would you like to see the  protagonist do in 2026 and 2027? Think about:
    • In what ways would you like to see her / him grow?
    • What will she / he need to go through these growth spurts?
    • What experiences would you like to see her / him create and take part in?

Love, Mariko
